The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the contract of sale is made at the time the customer issues express confirmation of their order. This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the organization of commerce retail, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 3/2014, of March 27. The contracting conditions are as follows:

Characteristics of the products. The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen along with their visual identification.

Prices. The current prices that appear on the website will be applied at the time the order is formalized. The price of the products is detailed next to each of these. VAT is included, this will be broken down later in the purchase process.

The steps to follow to place orders. You must select the items that interest you, informing the number of units and clicking on the "add to cart" button to add them to the shopping cart. At any time you can view the contents of the shopping cart, where you can see the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order, you can correct, change or cancel the selected products.

If you are registered as a user, you will have to inform your credentials, otherwise, you must provide your email and create an account with your personal data. Once the user's data has been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the shipping method will be chosen.

Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Purchase Conditions by marking an acceptance box. As a last step, you must choose the payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.

Track the order. Once the order is placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed through the Internet until delivery has been made.

Confirmation of Order Reception. Every time the company receives an order, a receipt confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of receipt, except in the case that it is received on holidays or weekends, which will be sent the confirmation. the business day following receipt.

Payment Methods. There are several ways to accept order payments. Each with very high security standards to ensure payment with confidence.

Payment of the price of the products will be made in one of the ways indicated below:

Payment by credit card. Visa, or MasterCard. The customer can choose payment by credit card, so that the operation will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Cash on delivery. The user will pay the order at the time of receiving it.

Payment by bank transfer. The client must make a bank transfer for the total amount of the transaction to the account indicated by the seller. If after this period the transfer has not been made effective, the order will be automatically canceled and the contract will be understood to have been terminated.

  Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate justification, except in legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period will end 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement to email.

To determine the observance of the term to withdraw, the date of issue of the declaration of withdrawal will be taken into account.

The customer must return the products that make up the order object of the return in perfect condition, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision of withdrawal of the contract. This period will be considered fulfilled if the client returns the goods before the 14 calendar days have elapsed. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order.

The client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the securities resulting from their manipulation different from that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal. In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to disposable products, as they deteriorate or expire quickly; as well as products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.


In case of receiving a product with a factory defect, tare or that is incorrect, we would ask you to contact us through info@desinfectanteplus.es and where the procedure to follow will be indicated, to proceed with its return. Likewise, and as in the preceding section on dismissal, the merchandise received must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and with a copy proving the purchase.

Once the merchandise has been received and after checking its condition, the corresponding amount will be paid using the payment method used in the order.

In the same way, we would ask you to inform us at the same address, if you receive an item different from the one you had requested or requested, to proceed with its correction. If the return is not for erroneous shipping or for a defective product, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed, with the customer assuming the collection costs

Shipping, delivery and transport terms

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated in real time during the online purchase, so that the customer can see the total amount of their purchase. Products will be shipped through a shipping agency.









Delivery and transport time: The delivery time is 24 to 72 hours for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Not counting Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays. We currently ship your orders to any location in Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The risk of loss or deterioration on the acquired property will be transmitted to the Client, from the moment of delivery of the product and its material possession.

Pricing policy. The company unilaterally reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered through this website, the prices in force in the advertising coinciding with the time of the order formalization, will be applied to guarantee the client the veracity of the price of the products.
